Working with Century 1st is easy. We have a simple 3-step process that makes it easy to get your car back on the road.
Contact us and stop by any time and we'll take a look at your damages to guide you on the best course of action.
If your car isn't drivable we can tow it in right away.
We'll consult you on whether it's better to go through insurance or pay out of pocket, and answer all your questions.
If you're going through insurance, we'll communicate with them on your behalf, and we'll schedule you to drop your car off!
When you drop off or we tow in your car, we'll have your rental car ready and waiting for you!
We'll immediately start disassembling the damaged areas to assess any hidden damages.
We'll order any parts that are needed, and provide you with a general timeline on repairs.
We'll communicate with you consistently so you always know what's happening- whether it's waiting for the insurance company, parts, is getting body work done, or painted!
When your car is ready we'll run visual quality and vehicle diagnostic checks to make sure your car good as new!
We'll give you a call to come pick up your car, or we can deliver it to your home. We'll inspect your car with you and review the repairs we completed and tell you about your lifetime warranty.
If you have a rental, you can leave it with us and we'll return it for you!
